Christy is an expert on developing knowledge collaboration networks, mentorship programs, effectiveness tracking and assessments for the future of work.

Christy has a BA in English and History from the University of Toronto, with a year of study at the University of Sydney. Christy has a Graduate Diploma in Management and a Masters in Business Administration from Athabasca University’s Centre for Innovative Management.
